The COHORTES-MICROBIOMES project is organizing its first Annual Day on Friday June 26, 2026, at Necker, 160 rue de Vaugirard, Paris 15th.

This project, funded by the “Food Systems, Microbiomes and Health” Research Program (PEPR SAMS), aims to accelerate the characterization of human microbiomes across diverse cohorts in France, including both the general population and patients.

The project spans three years, with an annual event held each year, starting in 2026. The goal of this Annual Day is to monitor progress, sustain stakeholders engagement, and share valuable insights and best practices.

Objectives

This event is intended for researchers, clinicians, public health professionals, and other stakeholders part of the COHORTES-MICROBIOMES project or community.

Its main objectives are to:

  • Provide an update on the progress of the COHORTES-MICROBIOMES project
  • Gain inspiration from other national and european cohort initiatives
  • Facilitate networking among participants and extend the COHORTES-MICROBIOMES community
  • Share best practices in microbiome research
